    About this Episode

In this fast paced, success-driven world, it’s easy to get lost in our own heads and then suddenly stop short and think fu@k I’m lonely.  I don’t know about you but there always feels like there is a never-ending list of things to do, to conquer, to attend to, to deal with. The list goes on and on.

When we get overly consumed like this, we can deprioritise our relationships. We can be distracted and it can affect our ability and inclination to connect with others. This disconnection can lead to loneliness.

In this episode, Laurie and Lauren talk about how they sometimes feel lonely and disconnected. They open up about how they recognise it in themselves, what action they take to work through it, and remind themselves that wealth not only comes through achievements, but through the richness of connection with others..
