Speaking of brews, Arie gathers masses of war pigs while Todd raises the flag for a historical Texas Hill Country classic. In the metal world, we cover new tours, album updates and artists creating change in the world! Last but not least, our featured band from the U.K. has a fantastic and mythical “agenda” with their heavy sound. Love this journey for us!

This week's episode features Agenda from Akkadian.
Named after the ancient Mesopotamian Empire, ”Akkadian” are a five piece metal band from Cambridge, UK, who bring fast, hard hitting, groovy songs, with a psychedelic undertone. Akkadian expresses a deep interest in ancient history, from the Sumerians to the Egyptians, with a dash of inter-dimensional travel. These elements are then woven into the branding, theme and story telling of their songs. Akkadian’s goal is to create a dynamic portfolio of music, as well as a new culture within the metal genre.
The band currently have three singles released: “BLACK SAND”, “EMANATION”, and recently "AGENDA", which you can download and stream on all major platforms.

Beers fueling this week's episode include Twisted X Brewing Co's Kreische Bluff Bock (Todd's pick) and Warpigs' Foggy Geezer Hazy IPA. Warpigs is a collab brewery between 3 Floyds and Mikkeller (Arie's pick.)
- Kresiche Bluff Bock is a traditional German style Bock, brewed with all German malts and hops, with a long standing history in Texas! This 150 year old recipe comes in at 4.7% ABV. Twisted X Brewing is located in Dripping Springs, Texas.
- Foggy Geezer is a Hazy IPA brewered in collaboration with two world renowned breweries that brings a juicy, and perfectly balanced, beer that is extremly drinkable at 6.8% ABV. 3 Floyds is located in Munster, Indiana and Mikeller is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
