Damn Brittney, how you gonna go to Russia and not do your research about the legalities of what and what's not allowed?! We talk about the exchange the U.S. recently made with Russia. Was the exchange made between Brittney Griner (WNBA All-Star) and arms dealer Viktor Bout (Merchant of Death) a smart deal? We then jump into the mental health session of our episode, discussing setting boundaries, time, and space within a relationship. What are the positives and what are the fears that we both experience? The 5 types of boundaries that we set in a healthy relationship. Attachment styles had us taking a deep dive into our own mental health journey and trying to decipher how to apply them to our current version of ourselves. Some of the specifics were spot on, where others were very off.
