    About this Episode

Lobsang Chunzom’s philosophy integrates wellness with social engagement.       She helps people realize the connection between their own health and how  they treat others [care for others, support others, kindness towards  others]. She guides people in partnering with others to reduce conflict  nd create healthy spaces in which everyone can thrive.

She designs Limitless Health Institute programs, grounded in Eastern philosophical principles, that enable participants to recognize the  power of their thoughts and actions to affect their lives at home, at work, and in the world. Her customized curricula include programs for  individual happiness, family harmony, and organizational effectiveness.   Participants leave the programs with practical tools that they can  immediately use to improve their lives and the lives of their coworkers,  friends, and loved ones.

A New York State Licensed Creative Arts Psychotherapist for more than 30 years, Chunzom specializes in dance and theater. She has degrees in movement therapy from NYU and UCLA and has provided therapeutic services in hospital settings as well as created programs to help substance abusers, incarcerated youth, and families in crisis. She has been a leader in many ADTA associations.
An ordained Buddhist nun, she completed a 3-year meditation retreat. For  more than 20 years, she has been teaching meditation and philosophy in the Je Tsongkapa Tibetan tradition. She incorporates Western theories of learning, methods of analysis, and ethics with an Eastern understanding of the body and mind. The result is a unique approach to health through helping that unites self-care with social justice.

In order to help more people realize the power of helping others,  Chunzom founded Limitless Health Institute in 1997. It is a nonprofit  organization that collaborates with other caring organizations in NYC to  help people experience the link between their own health and happiness   and how they care for others. The LHI workshops she designs and  facilitates are used worldwide.

E243: Susan Gold - Transforming Trauma into Soul Evolution

Susan Gold was raised in a challenging and chaotic family system, the middle child of five. To fully thrive, she bravely chose to meet the demons of her upbringing that were continuing to repeat. Her book, "Toxic Family: Transforming Childhood Trauma into Adult Freedom" is about that journey. Professionally, Susan became known for attaching celebrity talent to projects in NYC which led her to produce for television and film and on to Los Angeles. She convinced modern art legend Andy Warhol to do an on-camera commercial for Pontiac, a talent deal American TV personality Donny Deutsch still claims as one of his best, helped launch Fox News Channel at the request of Chair, Roger Ailes, and on behalf of Disney Channel persuaded A-list celebrities including Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Taylor Swift, David Beckham and more to be interviewed by cartoon characters…Phineas & Ferb. Susan is a decorated endurance athlete competing in three marathons, and dozens of triathlons and has the distinction of finishing third in her age group at the treacherous Escape from Alcatraz event. After living with force on both coasts of the United States, Susan heeded an intuitive call for a quieter life and now resides in the northwest corner of the mystical state of Montana with her beloved partner and their pets. Keen on leaving a legacy to help others heal from challenges she’s successfully met, Toxic Family: Transforming Childhood Trauma into Adult Freedom, is part of that quest. With the same magic Susan created in her entertainment career, she is now leading retreats, webinars, workshops and private sessions to help others drop outdated storylines and programming in exchange for living from the heart in authentic freedom as adults. Supporting homeless animals, especially dogs, and cats, and helping others up the ladder are her joys. Her pride is her son, a political science major at the University of the Pacific.

E242: Walt Morgan -Life is better when YOU are better

E242: Walt Morgan -Life is better when YOU are better

    In Walt's own words:

Since I was five, I wanted to fly helicopters. So I did. I was in the U.S. Navy for 23 years as a designated helicopter pilot. Before I retired from the Navy, I had assumed that I would fly for the rest of my life (helicopters or other) - it was my passion and it was what I was trained to do. But I felt a nudge from the universe; a new calling. It happens that in my last four years in the Navy, I was assigned as a professor teaching leadership at the University of Colorado. I became fascinated with leadership and learned how much I had to learn. Through that work, I realized that I felt called to serve others in their personal leadership journeys. So when I retired, I decided to leave aviation in my past, and work in leadership development. First, in the corporate setting as an in-house facilitator, and then as an independent coach. For me, the journey since retirement has been characterized by powerful emotional, spiritual, somatic and cognitive growth. I feel so fortunate to be able to serve others in their personal leadership journeys!

Darlene Greene has over 26 years of experience in executive leadership and senior management positions across diverse industries, including positions such as: Vice President of Strategic Technology Partner at McAfee (Intel), Dean of Culver Girls Academy, Director of Client Services for HyeTech Networks and Security, and Senior Director LifeWave Foundational Cell Activation Technology. E237: Jeanell Greene - The importance of a "Marriage Mindset"

E237: Jeanell Greene - The importance of a "Marriage Mindset"

    In Jeanell's own words:

I am a passionate, no BS Relationship coach and speaker who loves to get deep, vulnerable, and intimate conversations. I am a Certified Life and Relationship coach and work with both couples and individuals to find more power, freedom, and joy in life, especially within fam I love talking love and forgiveness as my parents separated when my dad cheated on my mom and had a child and left us. With faith, my dad returned home and my mom forgave, but I later discovered there was still trauma I had to deal with. My life took a huge turn when I was going through divorce as a filipino/catholic, which was what led me to doing the inner work to heal myself. I love sharing how I was able to get responsible for my own behaviour and release my ex-husband with no malice or trauma and as a result, only spent $80 for our divorce papers. I got my calling when I turned 40. I left my Job in Corporate Sales being top of the pack making $130k to pursue my passion of helping people heal and now creating the relationship and vocation of my dreams. I love talking about mindset, integrity, breaking the rules, entrepreneurship rollercoaster, forgiveness, fear, love, infidelity, family, the importance of having goals and knowing your core values and your purpose in this lifetime. I also love talking about the crazy stories of my life like: when I met the Queen of England, almost got arrested, and landed on the front page of a newspaper when I was 6 years old, and how that 6-year-old is who I want to be when I grow up.
