    The PEN Project serves Texas parents of children and youth with disabilities ages 0-26 serving ESC regions 9, 12, 14-19. Find out about the regional resources and workshops available.  Sometimes the acronym’s used in special needs community can confuse parents. How we walk them through the processes and resources.
