It was a pleasure to sit down with Devon Joshua Still who is a former American football defensive end. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played college football at Penn State, where he earned consensus All-American honors. He was also a member of the Houston Texans and New York Jets. Since retiring he’s had 3 beautiful daughters and started a podcast with his wife.

Got the opportunity to sit down with the owner and founder of Check Rock. Check Rock is a basketball program that evolved to a league, 1 on 1 trainings and a way to keep youth off the streets. They learn what it takes to pursue dreams of playin basketball on any level while having fun and meeting people from other communities.

From an environment where people are usually selfish it shows a lot about a person who consistently gives back to his community. Father absent at 10, dropped out of high school and still managed to graduate from Lincoln University. Cooly tells his story on why he started Cool Shoes INC. Cooly is responsible for book bag drives, Toy drives, Turkey Drives, Easter Egg hunts and a Sumer camp. For the past 12 years her has sacrificed so much to make struggling families smile.

Realizing the ups and downs of stepping out in faith. Understanding that once you commit to your dreams, you have to learn from what God gives you and look at everything as an opportunity to give God glory.
