It's MY Birthday!!!! 41 years young baby!!!!

So I put together a little list of some of the things I truly understand now and feel blessed to know at 41 that I also wish I knew back when I was 21.  That being said, I have no regrets. I know I was meant to experience  it all but just maybe some of the things I share will resonate and be the catalyst to positive change for you.

I know it's a long episode but that's because I riffed and gave a lot of the BTS.  The real and raw good stuff is always in the riffs.  Happy listening.
