    Ep.163 Wasp Mother

    Ep.163 Wasp Mother

In this episode we sit down with Pete, Kevin, and George or WASP MOTHER. They tell us how the band initially came to fruition after a roughly 10-year hiatus of playing in bands for Kevin and Pete.  After seeing a show together in Boston, they decided to make it happen. Initially tracking some demos with a drum machine on the computer, they brought in George, who had worked with Kevin on some previous projects shortly after.  After releasing their Demo and ‘Self Loathing’ EP in 2022 as a three-piece, they decided it was time to take things more seriously for the next record, and it was time to add a singer.  They had many submissions to their try-out inquiry. However, they knew right away that Jenny was the right fit and brought the effort and energy they were looking for.  January 19th, their first release as a four-piece, ‘Digital Pollution’ will be out wherever you stream music.
