Ep.1 Looking Up: My abduction into healing our world

In this episode, we explore, how to become the branch of the tree of life, and how that extends into our lives in society and culture. How the skills and wonders and presencing of the world also runs through us and connect us to our broader family and our planetary life support system.

Connecting to the resources that I have around me at all times and finding my belonging. My reflections on gluing together movements, communities, and our lives together in times of incoherence and uncertainty. Gratitude, an essential step in building resilience. This episode was a collaboration between me and the cat currently living at my place, she has her own way of expressing herself.

In this episode, I try to explore the connection between communication and being terrified by what is happening in and to our world. This is an invitation to dig deeper and find ways of communicating a better and life sustaining future.
