This concept was illustrated in a study of waiters and their memory recall of customers' orders. Customers who had paid were forgotten, while those who hadn't were remembered. So, striving for completion is essential for deleting tasks from our mental to-do list and making room for new challenges. Another crucial aspect is recognizing and celebrating our wins, no matter how small they may seem. These victories provide valuable feedback and boost our confidence, enabling us to continue moving forward. By acknowledging our progress, we can build momentum and maintain a positive outlook on our personal growth journey.
