Episode 210 - Hello Health Heroes! The public school systems were once a great idea but they have been hijacked by corporate and political interests. The schools teach stuff that's not proper for young children, the food they serve is toxic and many of the buildings are dilapidated and have air and water that are not clean. The solution to all of this is that the people who really care about children and their health and development can create their own schools to serve the public. I just read in our local newspaper that public school attendance in Oregon is continuing to drop. Why? Because parents are demanding a better learning environment for their kids. As this trend continues it opens up opportunities for those truly passionate about education to create their own schools that treat the child as a whole person, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

In this episode I was fortunate enough to meet Ms. Amber who has started her own preschool around better education and wellness. Its been such a success that she now owns multiple locations and is now training others on how to do what she did to create financial freedom for herself while providing the best education for her children. Episode 206 - Hello Health Heroes! I had such a wonderful time interviewing Dr. Romie Mustag! I am very happy that her parents were immigrants from India, one of my favorite places since I love and respect Ayurvedic traditional medicine. Her parents instilled in her a lot of discipline and also the Ayurvedic traditions of healthy fresh food and spices. She now has her own business focused on helping people with brain health and also was hired to help manage the health of 7000 people in a corporate environment.

What's cool about the latter is that she was able to test things on these people and ended up getting some great results for brain health. Episode 205 - Hello Health Heroes! In this episode we highlight another touching story of Joshua Fulton, a man who lost his wife Katrina, to cancer leaving him to raise four children by himself. Joshua invested hours of researching everything from modern medicine and synthetic drugs to ancient traditional medicine and natural healing modalities in search to help his wife heal. After doing everything the modern medical doctors told them Katrina was dying. In a last ditch effort they drove to a cancer clinic in Mexico and started alternative treatments and the tumors shrank, a couple tumors disappeared and her edema was gone and she was getting better. Then she decided to get the rest of the tumor removed surgically and the surgery was too taxing on her body and the cancer came back and she passed away.

Episode 203 - Hello Health Heroes! Mike Murphy has had a wild and crazy life and the story of his wife Margo’s battle with cancer and what occurred after her death is mind blowing. Mike’s story moved me and inspired me so much I flew to Medellin Columbia to help him get his healing retreat launched to create a true place of healing in this world. What I wasn’t expecting was that during the first ever retreat I had a huge emotional breakthrough myself and so did Mike. Episode 202 - Hello Health Heroes! Men’s Testosterone has been a hot topic for the last 20+ years as men have been experiencing a significant reduction in testosterone. Dr. Gapin is one of the growing number of medical doctors that are starting to take care of their own health with natural solutions. Ep 201 - Hello Health Heroes! During the shutdowns during Covid-19 many people went into total isolation. Older folks in nursing homes were not visited by their families, children were masked and not allowed to play with their friends and you couldn’t even go into a hospital to see your loved ones. All of these ridiculous measures created a extreme amount of loneliness, depression, stress, weight gain and spike in disease, death and suicide. I was very excited to meet Florence Ann Romano and have her come on the show and talk about the importance of building your tribe. I have known for years that human beings REQUIRE others to be in their life if they wish to have a long healthy, happy life.

That is literally how we are wired genetically and the blue zones and all the data gathered in that study clearly show that is true.
