      Raising our standards and aligning our actions with our future self can help us prioritize and grow. We all have moments where things slip through the cracks, but when we get annoyed with ourselves, it's an opportunity to elevate our behavior and strive for the person we want to become. By visualizing our six-month goal as our ten-times-better future self, we can identify behaviors that don't align and make adjustments accordingly. This process not only helps us stay focused on our goals but also contributes to a continuous improvement mindset. So, when you feel frustrated with your current actions, remember to raise your standards and check in with your future self to ensure you're on the path to growth.
