This can be applied to habits we want to break, such as biting nails or playing with ears. The goal is not to simply stop the unwanted behavior, but to replace it with something more effective and powerful. By focusing on the sensory details of what we want to change, we can make it more tangible and easier to replace. This technique requires repetition and persistence, but with practice, we can successfully reprogram our thoughts and behaviors.
