In this episode, Jeremy continues to analyze anxiety with a biblical lens by introducing his four "R's" in dealing with Anxiety. He starts with anxiety loop's that people find themselves in while they're struggling in anxiety. What is the perceived threat, the mental commentary, the physical discomfort, and then wha does one do, habitually, their control habit.

In this episode, Jeremy leads our discussion through analyzing the culture response to anxiety with a biblical lens. Jeremy discusses the dynamics of being embodied creatures responding to anxiety with a biblical lens that traverses the complex domains of being physically embodied, socially embedded, and spiritually embattled creatures with hearts that are given to worship. The complexity of these domains and the range of these domains are influencing one's response to anxiety, namely, our case study, Sally. 

In this episode, Jeremy introduces the discussion with a case study about a young woman who struggles with obsessive compulsive disorder and is experiencing severe anxiety. Jeremy shares what would happen with Sally if she went through the current modern channels to receive help and then how, as a biblical counselor, this client, Sally would receive care.
