      Our willpower, like the battery on our phone, starts to deplete as the day goes on. Tip number three is to eliminate temptations that can derail your goals. Whether it's food, TV, or other distractions, removing them from your environment can help you stay focused and productive. By understanding and implementing these tips, you can make the most of your willpower and make significant progress towards your goals.

      To increase productivity and eliminate distractions, it's essential to eliminate temptations that hinder your focus.
