    It's a brand new season and I'm traveling to Georgia  to hang out with Elayne Fluker: a rockstar human, speaker, change maker and author of the exciting new book, Get Over "I Got It" (HarperCollins Leadership), where she encourages unapologetically ambitious women to learn how to embrace support not only for their success, but also their peace of mind. Elayne is also host of the Support is Sexy podcast featuring interviews with more than 500 diverse women entrepreneurs around the world, and she is founder of SiS.Academy -- an online learning platform educating and empowering Black Women entrepreneurs. Most recently Elayne was named a "Founder of Change" for SiS.Academy as part of the American Express "100 for 100" program featuring 100 innovative Black women entrepreneurs.

    We talk about growing up quiet, cultural humility, finding her voice at Essence Magazine , how she's empowering black women entrepreneurs through her work at SIS Academy and amplifying women around the world by sharing  her stories and messages about the power and strength we find through supporting one another.

    This week, we're heading to Sydney, Australia to spend some time with Dr. Richard Harris: Surgeon, Author, Father, Visionary, Kind Soul.

    In 1971, John Lennon released his prolific and timeless song, Imagine.  50 years later, this vascular surgeon (from The Land Down Under) inspired by the possibilities John shared in his lyrics, became the author of Imagine, A Novel:  an optimistic, thought provoking, utopian book about love, humanity, reason and real possibilities for a kinder world.

    During our beautifully comfortable conversation, Rich shares a handful of his favorite possibilities for creating a world akin to the one he paints for us in his novel.
