Rich is a real-life example of someone who puts his money where his mouth is; as a long-time advocate for media coverage of women’s sports, he covered the DC Divas as a news reporter on his own for multiple years, eventually becoming GM and buying the team in 2018. Under Rich’s leadership, the DC Divas are blazing a path for women to excel in professional sports, whether through college scholarships or career experience.
