On today’s episode we chat with Yaniv Cohen, AKA The Spice Detective, owner of Jaffa Miami, author of the My Spiced Kitchen Cook Book and winner of the season finale of Netflix’s Best Leftovers Ever! Show.  A passionate believer in the power of spices and herbs, Yaniv is constantly tapping into his background growing up in a Sephardic Jewish Family, with North African and Middle-Eastern roots to help others discover and unlock the powers of spices and herbs through everyday cooking.   On today’s episode Yaniv and I chat about his journey in the culinary space, the way his daughter inspired much of who he is today, we get a sneak peek behind what it was like for him to be a part of a Netflix show and so much more.
