But with heart disease as one of the number one killers of women, there’s not time to waste! If you’ve been struggling to find motivation to get moving, then you definitely want to listen to this episode! Lance is sharing his tips on how to get that booty in shape, and stay healthy. New Year, Who Dis? Let’s Talk Mindset

New Year, Who Dis? Let’s Talk Mindset

Ooooh have I got a goodie for you today! We talk to ourselves more than anyone else, but what are we really saying? Our mind will respond to our self-talk and the images we are putting in our heads from that self-talk. My guest today is Kathleen McCauley, and she is a Hypnotherapist who, like me, specializes in just that - positive self talk! We both love using Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, to teach our clients how to recognize how we are talking to ourselves and the messages we are sending our brain. Because your brain will take in what you say as fact, regardless if it is or not. So if you find yourself belittling, talking down, or saying things like “I’m so stupid.” then my friends this is the episode for you!

New Year, Who Dis? Living Your Happily Ever After!

New Year, Who Dis? Living Your Happily Ever After!

New Year, Who Dis? Continues! The human body can do incredible thighs! Some might even say supernatural things! My guest today believes just that! I’m joined by Mystical Marie, and we are talking about how to not just overcome any and all challenges we've been handed, but also how to overcome them, move forward and live unparalleled lives as our highest and best self. Too many people are settling for mediocrity, new normals, and suffering or feeling "less than" when they don’t have to -- not when it comes to their health, not when it comes to their wealth and certainly not when it comes to their life. Living a lifestyle centered around “being” vs “doing” while honoring who you really are can be easy. All you need to have is the “want” to live an intentionally healthier and happier life, the openness to try new things, and to be ready to let go of your past! Oh, and be okay with having fun! If you’re feeling stuck and need a new outlook on your life going into 2023, buckle up and hang onto the magic carpet friends because this is the start to a whole new world!

    Narcissism 101 - Part 1

    Narcissism 101 - Part 1

Narcissism. That’s a word that has been thrown around a lot more lately, but what is a narcissist really? Today my guest is Cheyla Breedlove, my childhood friend, and between the two of us we’ve dealt with our fair share of narcissists. In two-parts, we’ll dive into what a narc really is, how to figure out if you have a narc in your life, and the red flags to spot em! Cheyla has studied the behaviors of narcissism for years, and I deal with clients all the time going through and getting over narcissistic abuse. Dealing with narcissistic abuse is not easy, and it takes time, courage and education to fully eliminate and move on from them and begin to heal. If any of what you hear from part one, or part two when it comes out resonates with you, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have! So pull up a chair and take some notes my friends, because it’s about to get juicy!

Stress: The 6-Letter Word We All Have

Let’s face it, life is frigging demanding. No matter what phase of life you’re in, there are always challenges, changes, or new territory to move through...and with that comes stress.

Why? Because we are evolutionarily wired to avoid the unknown, to run from fear and seek the familiar. But your goals, aspirations and future self resides in the unknown and it’s impossible to grow without navigating that stress. So how do you change your relationship with stress so it doesn't sabotage your growth? Today, Joining me on the show in a discussion why your nervous system is the key to sustaining your personal development, I have the amazing Deb Lauren and Jillian Curley! These two are the CEO’s and masterminds behind “Be You Own Guru” and are oozing with so much knowledge that I can’t wait for you to hear.
