    About this Episode

It took three whole days to produce our tenth episode extravaganza, but you wouldn't be able to tell. Our host, Jeremy, needed a reminder from producer Joey Diamonds to even get started with the episode in the midst of being sick. Fighting off a cold, Jeremy plugged away through an extended movie segment, a Turkey of the Week (warning – there's one MAJOR expletive that couldn't be bleeped out), some Listener Line calls and a Freak Five. Enjoy! Show Notes Interview with Fox Chairman Tom Rothman Joss Whedon on Serenity Sequel Kirsten Dunst on Gwen Stacy X-3 Selling Well No Indy 4? Disney on Downloading Rift in the Potter Camp? Does it Take one to Play one? Neeeeeeerrrrrrrrrdss!!! Our Turkey of the week Gets Defensive Remember, if you want to be a part of the show, give us a call on the Freak Accident Listener Line at (206)-203-2938 or give us an e-mail at freakax@gmail.com. Also, I need an idea for a Freak Five this week, so send me an e-mail if you have one! Keep it clean, keep it clear, but keep it Freaky! You can also become our MySpace Friend!

Freak Accident 3.0 - Interview with Joe Endres
The initial plan was to do a roundtable discussion about the Summer of the Fanboy. That plan was foiled by the sinister team of technical difficulties and bad communication. The result? A 40 plus minute interview with Joe Endres, Editor-in-Chief of The Megazeen, and creator of upcoming independent comic Colossians. In this interview we discussed Joe's current projects, his personal semi-boycott of the big two, his favorite independent comics, and the one movie he would see this summer if he could only pick one. The audio may be iffy, but if you keep listening to future episodes, those kinks will probably get worked out. The Freak Accident Summer Reading List

The Freak Accident Summer Reading List
The Freak Accident Summer Reading List! It's official. The Freak Accident Podcast has moved from the PC to the Mac, and Jeremy is glad to welcome you with an all new intro. In this episode, Jeremy discusses the books he's read this summer, including the novels I Love You Beth Cooper, Soon I Will Be Invincible and The Stand. Not only that, he gives his quick and dirty review of DC's Countdown, Stephen Kings Gunslinger Born series for Marvel, and a more in depth review of one of the fine graphic novel offerings from Zondervan - The Hand of the Morningstar. And since no episode of the Freak Accident is complete without movie talk, Jeremy gives a run down of the movies he's seen this summer, and which one (so far) walks away with most satisfying movie experience of the Summer 2007. All this and more, leading up to the Fall Revival of the Freak Accident - send all feedback to freakax@gmail.com.
