We take an introspective look at the lessons we've learned this season, including how to make the most change and how to embrace nuance.

F(embolden) Episode 11 // This episode we put on our lab coats and debunk some of popular science's most pervasive myths about gender. We tackle controversial subjects ranging from "Men are from Mars" to the wage gap.

As ladies and scholars, Steph and Kiersten look at what it means to be a woman in academia. Are women not as "economically feasible" as male employees, or is it all just a big boys club? We explore why women choose particular educational paths and tackle the infamous phenomenon of mansplaining.

F(embolden) Episode 9 // In the concluding half of Men's World, we talk more with Joe about different pressures faced by men and women. We employ the wise words of Albus Dumbledore as we discuss how the feminist movement and values can be adopted by the other half of the population.

F(embolden) Episode 8 // Aaaand we're back! This time we cross the divide as we talk with man-expert Joe Mitchell. We dive into how boys and men are faced with their own societal pressures from forming friendships to singing in High School Musical. As we discuss gendered labels, we discover that sometimes you just want to be a Velma AND a Daphne!

F(embolden) Episode 7 // In honor of Beyoncé's world-changing pregnancy announcement, we dive into the complexities of mixing careers and motherhood. Joined by the insightful soon-to-be mom Kayla Shepherd, we tackle the concept of "having it all" and how to push through stereotypes in order to be authentically you.

F(embolden) Episode 6 // We tackle the dreadful and delightful topic of dating! Including We take a look at what makes dating awful and how to strive for gender equality in the most vulnerable circumstances. We cover a wide spectrum topics like chivalry, Me vs. We, and what to do when you just aren't hipster enough.

F(embolden) Episode 5 // Joined by guest host Cat, we explore issues relating to women and their bodies. We discuss birth control (including another appearance by the infamous Dirk), mastectomy, public breastfeeding, and try to resolve the age old question of how to separate yourself from social constructs.

F(embolden) Episode 4 // In this episode we talk about the external pressures on women and their bodies. We discuss how the socialization of physical appearance creates a "can't win" situation for women, and how as feminists we can break away from stereotypes.
