DARE-N has made great strives to come to this pivotal edge of the underground scene. Determined to be taken seriously, this Kitchener native has dedicated more than 10 years to his beats. Holding an 8 year residency at Hamilton’s Embassy Club while djing at the Bombay Club and creating his own gay themed Bean Bar Night was just a start. After djing at MacMaster University and being nicknamed "Dj Drag" for his contribution at drag pageants and shows, he moved to Toronto and discovered his 2nd wind at Papi’s Lounge where he was asked to do a Friday residency. He has moved in many circles spinning at George’s Play, Lub Lounge, Steamworks, Voglie Ristorante/Bar and Slacks Lounge. His Vocal/Circuit/Tribal and Electro House sound has been heard internationally. His name at Australia’s only licensed Gay Internet Radio Station has opened doors into RGIN (Radio Gay International Network). Taking inspiration from some of the best in the industry, DARE-N is only scratching his surface. In 2007 he made waves at Fly Nightclub’s NXT DJ Competition, Slack’s, Soma Lounge and Voglie. 2008 marks the beginning of his mixing work for drag queens Honey Brown and Donnarama.
