NFFC Avon founder, Jan Stabik, joins the "Forest All Over Phone Show" to preview the Brighton game whilst shedding some light on how the recent Bristol and Bath supporters group grew so fast!
Chris dials in from his honeymoon in Albania to remind Mat to keep a positive outlook on the currently wonderful situation at Nottingham Forest. The two talk new transfers, their table target, Joe Worrall, and the usual Forest All Over The World section. Brennan Johnson gets a good send off too, despite Mat's efforts to stifle Chris during it.

Mat gives his two cents about the manner in which Nottingham Forest are portrayed in the media, while Chris tries to keep focused on the importance of game by game mentality. The "Blame Game", Forest All Over The World messages and some missing post add to the antics.
Mat prepares for his trip to the FA Cup game v Man United as he and Chris argue over a Liverpool love-in, Everton's points back on, and play the "blame game" for the Aston Villa loss. All this before FANPARKUK co-founder, Sach, comes on to chat about the idea behind the new immersive Forest Fan Zone and what's on offer! Sach also joins the hosts for a Man United preview & helps Chris force Mat's hand to jump on stage this Wednesday.
After an enjoyable victory Mat and Chris discuss some key performances from the West Ham game despite Mat's efforts to steer the episode off course with the news of Mark Clattenburg's new role at the club. Included are an Aston Villa preview, Murillo's true value, a red hot take, a review corner, some wonderful Forest All Over The World fans & a rallying reason as to why other clubs fear the Forest!
A disappointing weekend leaves Forest with no points but Mat with plenty on his driving license. Chris adds fuel to his hangover from a weekend in Kerry as the pair discuss another home defeat to Newcastle. A Nuno improv and a West Ham preview offers some positivity.
Mat and Chris react to a positive point at Bournemouth as they prepare for the FA Cup week ahead. Mat accidentally disagrees with a bad take from Chris and inadvertently gets the support from a mountain of people.
It's that time of year again! Dr Will joins Mat & Chris for a pathway episode where the trio work out how many points we need, and how many they think we can get from the remaining games to keep Forest up. Also discussed are the incomings and outgoings from transfer deadline day. As a new goalie arrives the statsman offers a clear percentage on all of the keepers available, along with fan favourite Samba to mix things up.
Mark, a Forest fan based in Montreal, joins to chat about following Forest abroad and preview the Arsenal game. Meanwhile missing Mat manages to haunt Chris via voice notes with some ludicrous Red Hot Takes and score predictions.
Mat & Chris arrive just in time for a Bristol FA cup preview, a confusing blame game, and a heated discussion about Joe Worrall.
After 2 weeks off, Mat invites Chris to do a podcast during the Blackpool game. Some rambling about the recent FFP news, a Brentford preview, & an unusually positive "red hot take" rounds off a fairly incoherent episode. The fact that Mat's stream was ahead of Chris' complicates matters further.
