    1. What is their motive? Why are they calling?
    2. Why did they call YOU?
    3. What is their offering?
    4. What was your mindset just before the phone rang?
    5. What do you want to have an effective business?

     

    When you listen to the episode, we will break each of these down and help you see why these are important to ask ourselves. It takes some humbling and being honest with ourselves, but it’s necessary for you to make change and be successful.

     

    Our key idea of value is complete agent development. We want to help people live their most abundant life and build businesses that can lead to live the life they deserve to lead. The real change is inside and we want to provide the tools and techniques to help people learn where they are and where they want to be.

    Born and raised in Beavercreek, OH, Tyler Morton became a marketer at a very early age, running his own lawn care business. Given the artistic and entrepreneurial strengths of his mom and the analytic (engineering) qualities of his dad, he feels truly blessed to have the best of both worlds. After studying marketing and management at The Ohio State University and being unsatisfied with the corporate world, he decided to go into business for himself.

     

    Real estate had long been an interest of his, so Tyler obtained his license in 2004 and within six months was named Listing Leader of the Beavercreek Sibcy Cline Office. A great opportunity was presented to Tyler to join a small independent firm, Valley Real Estate, where he took his real estate business to new heights and made the Ohio President’s Sales Club.

     

    After looking into multiple franchise options, Tyler partnered with the (then) owner of Valley Real Estate, and they opened their first RE/MAX franchise at the Greene in Beavercreek, RE/MAX Victory. He now has offices in West Chester, Springboro, Centerville, Yellow Springs, and Troy. Though the business has changed, Tyler’s principles to provide agents and clients maximum value and support and the edge in technology have not.

     

    Tyler has the support of his amazing and beautiful wife, Jessica, and their wonderful children, David, Layla, and Jameson.
