Episode 17

This morning we talked about just being present in a moment. We also talk a little about racism... an uncomfortable subject, and a necessary one. Come sit with us!

This morning we talked about a few of our "bucket list" items, and consequently talked ourselves out of a few. lol Come sit with us and listen to our babble!

This morning we talked about depression and how to stay busy to combat it... as well as the normal swerving off topic babble you've come to expect from us. lol... pull up a seat, pour something wonderful and sit with us!

Today we talked about patience and the lack there of... among other babbling. We are bad about babbling off topic.... Get comfortable and see if you have the patience to deal with our babble. lol

After being away a week, we decided to talk a little about procrastination and how it was kinda why we missed an episode. lol... We also spoke a little about some of our upcoming plans, but just a little. :) Pour a cup and sit the appropriate distance away as outlined by the CDC suggestions! lol

We wanted to talk about replacing bad habits with good habits, but we just weren't feeling it today :( Jeep problem blues.

We got off to a late start this afternoon. lol.. Today we kinda chatted about what we are up to, trying to stay busy during the pandemic, trying to keep our minds focused on task as not to allow negative thoughts to enter. 

This morning we talked about weight loss, and a few pointers for the journey. We were late with this podcast, we tried to upload it for Monday, but we had hit our monthly upload limit, so it had to wait until the 1st. :(

This morning we talk about the dreaded COVID-19 Novel Corona virus, some things you can do to limit your risk, and the reason behind some of those things. We tried to stay away from this topic, but can't really do that now. Wash your hands, pour a cup and sit at least 6 feet from us! lol

Today we talk about the power of friendship, and a little about the struggle in meeting new friends while Jay attempts to wake up and use words. lol Come sit with us!
