My voiceover, telling a bit about myself, my medical passion, & why I’m doing this. One of my missions is to curb/prevent worsening of chronic medical diseases, improve healthy longevity for humankind (evidence taken from the Global Burden of Disease Study) by focussing on our lifestyle and looking at both physical and psychological components. I aim to provide general health information in simple & easy to understand language (non medical jargon), with practical tips/advice.
