We welcome January's New Moon in Capricorn where I held an in-person ritual at our healing space in the southwest end of Toronto.
The energy of the New Moon is at its fullest on Thursday (Jan 11th) at around 7 AM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of the peak.

The first lunation of 2024 as we begin the new year, this New Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as your integration. I am honoured to serve you in this way.

The moon ritual includes Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, cacao ceremony, discussion with prompts of the astrological & energetic themes, approximately 45 minutes of somatic breathwork, followed by another 45 minutes of sound journey-meditation with energy recalibration (w/ Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to assist with integration and connecting with community.

THIS IS THE RECORDING OF THE RITUAL (cacao ceremony, Tao blessing, discussion about astrology).
Runtime is approximately 45 minutes

Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.

I rang in the New Year in style with a multi-community gathering presented by the Chocolate Groove at the City Dance Corps.  It was a beautiful collection of souls and energy - and here is my musical offering which took place from 12:30-2 AM after a midnight sound bath and voice activation by Phil and Bethany of Twilight Tuesday.

Enjoy this 90-minute ride as the energy builds through a variety of progressive worldly electronic music and returns back down to end the NYE journey.

Well, here it is ...

An almost 3-hour journey from Tmrw Tday's incredible Dream Camp that took place at the end of August.
It was a fantastic retreat and I am honoured to have been a part of it; here is my musical offering from the Friday night dance experience.
