     To live your best and most beautiful life you want to have the best health possible.  Imagine being given a diagnosis of ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, and spending the following 24 years predominantly bed-bound, often in a wheelchair and living daily with chronic bone, muscle and joint pain, extreme fatigue and cognitive processing struggles. That’s exactly what happened to my guest Alison Petty a Mindset coach.  

     Alison’s transformational journey began in 2016 after she discovered NLP and, in this episode, she talks about her struggles and how she overcame them.

    Hannah Charman found herself beyond the help of mainstream medicine when she was just 14, and used a number of alternative treatments to recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She went on to train in Reiki at the age of 16 and then qualified as a Medical Herbalist in 1999 following 4 years of intensive training. Since then Hannah has specialised in supporting women who can’t or don’t want to take HRT, combining prescribed herbal with health coaching and advanced hypnotherapy into unique treatment programs.
