Business can be crazy, nonetheless the real estate biz. When Ashley Conlon's dad was ready to retire and sell his brokerage, he knew Century 21 Judge Fite was the right place to sell. No one was expecting for Jim Fite to write in the letter of intent that Ashley would have to remain as manager. Jim knew how amazing Ashley was going to be and now here she is General Sales Manager of the company. She's also serving her community on the the board of directors for Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, along with being a wife and mom if two!

Meredith Minter started it up here in Mansfield 10 years ago, and the community behind her has grown significantly, especially with social media. Ever since she was in a local theatre production of "Annie" at 14 years old, Joley Mae Gow fell in love with being on stage. Since then, she's been in countless plays and has started film acting as well. Joley's love for theatre doesn't end with her though - she has teamed up with her mom Stephanie to start a musical theatre studio, Chapelhouse Studios, in Godley, Texas so she can train up a whole new generation of actors & actresses!
