    • The Surprising Impact of PerfumeBe mindful of the power and intensity of perfume to avoid misunderstandings and ensure consideration for others.

The power of perfume was a surprising topic of conversation during this discussion. One person shared how their partner's use of a particularly strong perfume led to a misunderstanding, with the perfume being mistaken for body spray. The conversation then shifted to the impact of perfume and how it can be overpowering, leading to the need for consideration and moderation in its use. Additionally, the topic of comedy tours and upcoming performances was discussed, with various locations mentioned for those interested in attending. The conversation also touched upon the idea that men should aim to have an orgasm during sexual relationships and the importance of communication and understanding in relationships.

    • Women's desire for unique intimate experiencesDuring intimate moments, women strive to leave a lasting impression on their partners and desire unique experiences, impacting their self-worth and their partner's self-esteem.

During intimate moments, women desire to be the one who leaves a lasting impression on their partner. They aim to provide an experience that surpasses all others, ensuring their man doesn't consider any other woman's body over theirs. This includes the way he ejaculates and how he responds during oral and vaginal sex. If a man fails to satisfy a woman, she may belittle him, affecting his self-esteem. Conversely, a man's performance can significantly impact a woman's feelings of power and self-worth. The discussion also touched upon the importance of communication and understanding in maintaining a healthy and satisfying relationship.

    • Unexpected emotions during sexSexual experiences can evoke strong emotions, sometimes leading to impulsive actions or unexpected reactions

Intense sexual experiences can lead to unexpected and strong emotions, potentially causing individuals to lose control and act impulsively. The speaker shares a story about a woman who, while experiencing ecstasy during sex, felt a moment of jealousy and slapped her partner. She attributed this reaction to the power of the penis, comparing it to a spiritual and powerful force. The speaker also reflects on her own experiences and acknowledges that making love can sometimes make her feel like punching her partner or losing control entirely. The conversation highlights the intensity and complexity of human emotions during sexual experiences. It's a reminder that while sex can be a source of great pleasure and connection, it can also bring up unexpected feelings and reactions.

    • MTV's Scared Straight: A More Authentic ExperienceThe uncensored MTV special of Scared Straight left a deeper impact on viewers due to its use of real-life experiences and harsh language, serving as a reminder of the realities of prison life.

The Scared Straight special edition aired on MTV in 1999, which shares the same title as the original network television program, but is a completely different production. The MTV special was uncensored and featured ex-convicts who had a significant impact on the young audience by scaring them with their real-life experiences and harsh language. The speaker, who watched it in 1999, was deeply affected by it and found it to be a more authentic and terrifying experience compared to the watered-down versions shown today. The use of black screaming and threatening language was a major factor in making the show impactful and memorable for the speaker. The show served as a reminder of the harsh realities of prison life and the importance of staying out of trouble.

    • Childhood experiences and comedyDiscovering affordable wireless plans and enjoying life's conveniences can be reminiscent of childhood experiences and the joy they bring.

Our experiences and exposures as children shape us as adults in unexpected ways. This was evident in the conversation about the impact of comedy on the speaker, particularly black stand-up comedy which left a lasting impression on him as a kid. He also shared an analogy about the clarity and savings one gets after spring cleaning, which reminded him of discovering more affordable wireless plans. The speaker also mentioned the convenience of ordering alcohol through DoorDash and saving up to 25% on orders over $35 with the code YMH24. Overall, the conversation touched on the power of childhood experiences, the importance of savings, and the joy of discovering new ways to save money and enjoy life.

    • Black comedians' unique style and honesty resonate with audiencesBlack comedians like Bernie Mac and Eddie Murphy use raw honesty and irreverent humor, setting them apart and resonating deeply with audiences. Their distinctive delivery adds to the comedic effect.

The unique cadence and comedic style of black comedians, as exemplified by figures like Bernie Mac and Eddie Murphy, have a profound impact on their performances and resonate deeply with audiences due to their raw honesty and irreverent humor. The distinctive way these comedians deliver their jokes adds to their comedic effect and sets them apart from other comedians. The conversation also touched upon the idea that black comedians often address real-life issues and speak truth to power, which adds to their appeal and the enduring impact of their work.

    • A conversation about tough love and consequencesThe power of tough love and consequences shapes character, with the nineties embracing raw and explicit humor.

The conversation between Mike and Steven from a comedy sketch revolves around themes of fatherly advice, accountability, and the power of words. The exchange is reminiscent of a preacher's cadence and is filled with strong language and humor. The moment that stands out is when the kid who stole bikes is confronted and given a warning by an older man, who uses a woman's name as a deterrent. This clip, which Mike fondly remembers and watches repeatedly, highlights the impact of tough love and the importance of consequences for actions. The conversation also touches upon the idea that the nineties were more open to raw and explicit humor compared to today's societal norms.

    • Dental floss: A harmless hygiene product with a darker side in prisonPrisoners have used dental floss for nefarious activities like escaping, making weapons, and even murder. Its versatility makes it particularly dangerous.

Dental floss, a seemingly harmless hygiene product, has a darker side when it comes to prison life. Prisoners have used it for various nefarious activities such as escaping, making weapons, and even committing murder. In Texas, a prisoner is believed to have used floss to cut his way out of his cell and kill another inmate. In other cases, inmates have braided floss into ropes to escape or try to overpower guards. Experts warn that floss or the plastic holder it comes in can be used to strangle, saw through bars, pick handcuffs, and hoist contraband. Steve Kaeser, whose company sells a floss product, acknowledges that inmates can make weapons out of common items like chewing gum wrappers, but floss is particularly dangerous due to its versatility. So while it's essential to maintain good oral hygiene, it's crucial to be aware of the potential risks associated with dental floss, especially in prison settings. On a lighter note, during our discussion, we also touched upon the topic of men's health and the convenience of getting treated for erectile dysfunction from the comfort of their homes through HIMSS. The takeaway here is that technology is making it easier for men to prioritize their health without sacrificing their time or comfort.

    • Disrespect leads to dangerous situationsActions fueled by anger and disrespect can have serious consequences, find alternative ways to respond.

When someone we care about is disrespected, it can lead to intense emotions and potentially dangerous situations. In the given story, a man's mother was disrespected by a store employee, leading the man to make threats against the employee's life. Despite his initial calm, the man's emotions escalated, leading him to make calls from both his office and personal phone, revealing his identity to the employee and ultimately leading to consequences. It's important to remember that actions fueled by anger and disrespect can have serious consequences, and it's crucial to find alternative ways to respond to disrespectful situations.

    • Family influences reactions to threatsThe speaker's experiences with his criminal stepfather and emotional attachment to his mother shaped his perspective on conflict resolution and desire for revenge.

The speaker's upbringing and experiences have shaped his reaction to threats and conflicts in his life. He shares a story about a past death threat incident where he initially denied involvement to save his job, but later considered confronting the person due to his family's history of seeking revenge. The speaker's stepfather, who was a criminal, was a significant influence on his thinking, as they often discussed and planned revenge against those who wronged them. The speaker's emotional attachment to his mother and his desire to protect her led him to consider taking violent actions against the person who threatened his friend. Overall, the speaker's experiences have influenced his perspective on conflict resolution and the importance of family loyalty.

    • Making threats can have serious consequencesMaking threats, even if not carried out, can be illegal and lead to serious consequences. Support good causes instead.

Making threats, even in the heat of the moment, can have serious consequences. A man shared a story from over 7 years ago where he issued death threats to a stranger who was threatening his friend. The situation escalated quickly when the police got involved. It's important to remember that making threats, even if they are not carried out, can be illegal and can lead to serious consequences. The man learned his lesson and advised against making such threats. Additionally, the man mentioned a friend, Jeff Tate, who is hosting a benefit show for autistic children in Ohio. The proceeds will go towards a center that tutors autistic kids in home and at the center. If you're in the area, consider supporting this good cause.

    • Fundraiser Comedy Show for Autistic KidsJoin Jeff Tate and Ben for a $10 comedy show on November 5th at MVP Sports Bar and Grill, featuring Josh Snead, Drew Hastings, Dave Wade, and Jeff Tate himself. Support autistic kids and vote for 'Your Mom's House' podcast in the Stitcher Awards.

Jeff Tate and Ben are promoting a fundraiser comedy show on November 5th at MVP Sports Bar and Grill in Silverton, Ohio. The event is for autistic kids and features a great lineup of comedians, including Josh Snead, Drew Hastings, Dave Wade, and Jeff Tate himself. Tickets can be purchased online through Brown Paper Tickets or in person from Jeff Tate or the venue. The event is only $10 and is a great cause for those in the Greater Cincinnati area. The hosts also encourage listeners to vote for "Your Mom's House" podcast in the Stitcher Awards, as they are currently in 6th place. They emphasize that the success of the podcast depends on the listeners and their support.

    • Join the poll and vote for your favorite Canadian actress and dead Canadian manListeners are encouraged to participate in a poll and share their preferences for Canadian actresses and dead Canadian men, adding to the fun and engagement within the podcast community.

The speakers on this podcast are encouraging their listeners to participate in a poll and vote for their preferred choices in two categories: Canadian actresses (between Alicia Cuthbert and Carrie Anne Moss) and dead Canadian men (between Corey Haim and John Candy). The speakers are surprised and amused by the decisive votes in favor of Alicia Cuthbert and John Candy, respectively. They also share some theories and jokes related to the poll and engage with a listener's theory about one of the show's co-hosts. Overall, the message is to get involved, have fun, and express your preferences.

    • Importance of privacy and boundaries in digital interactionsBe cautious about sharing overly personal or intimate details on social media, as it can lead to misunderstandings and potential embarrassment. Consider the audience and implications before broadcasting sensitive information.

Privacy and boundaries are important in our digital interactions. The discussion revolves around the inappropriateness of sharing overly personal or intimate details on social media platforms. The speakers express their concern over individuals who share their religious feelings or romantic fantasies publicly, as it can lead to misunderstandings and potential embarrassment. They also share an anecdote about someone revealing a secret about their family on Facebook, which highlights the potential consequences of oversharing. The speakers emphasize that people should be mindful of who they share such information with and consider the potential implications before broadcasting it to a larger audience.

    • Think before sharing personal info onlineOnline shares have long-lasting consequences and can lead to embarrassment and negative reactions. Maintain secrecy and respect others' feelings.

Social media posts have long-lasting consequences and should be thoughtfully considered before sharing personal information. The speaker expressed regret for an overshare on Facebook that revealed a sensitive matter, leading to embarrassment and negative reactions. She emphasized that what is shared online does not disappear and can be as public as speaking in a room full of people. The younger generation's perception of privacy online was criticized, and the importance of maintaining secrecy and respect for others' feelings was emphasized. Apologies were made for any unintended disrespect towards Fresno or any other place, acknowledging that negative comments about places often stem from bad experiences rather than genuine dislike.

#448 - The Merry Mutilator - Onaway, Michigan

This week, in Onaway, Michigan, after a woman heads home, after a fight withe her boyfriend, but stops at rural bar, inside of a cabin to do karaoke. She disappears from the bar, leaving a couple of suspects, but one ends up being the real focus, when he not only admits to committing some inhuman acts, involving guns, fire, and a chainsaw, he brags about it! He continues this disturbing descriptions, even while being sentenced!

Along the way, we find out that town names can cause real beefs, that not all small town folks are friendly, and that you shouldn't brag about your murder, as a judge is sentencing you!!
