    Alius was the very person producer and songwriter I met in the music industry. He was also the very first person I collaborated with when I was starting to make music; I remember leaving his studio and thinking "Yep, this is what I wanna do!".  Alius is a talented triple threat working as a producer, songwriter and artist in his own right. He has travelled the world to write music for his artist project, amassing over 35 million streams on Spotify. More recently, he has also had huge success as a K-Pop co-writer for ENHYPEN ("Upper Side Dreamin'") which has dominated the charts internationally. I hope you guys enjoy this one!     Nic Kelly is an Australian music interviewer, radio host and artist manager who has been part of the music industry for over 10 years. Starting at the age of 14, Nic has achieved success working across multiple roles including his now-retired Project U music blog, founding Night High Records in collaboration with EMI Music Australia, hosting shows across The Hit Network radio stations and frequently interviewing artists such as Dua Lipa, Jeremy Zucker and Zara Larsson. In his most recent endeavour, Nic delves into the world of artist management as the founder of Hatch Management.In this episode, we explored the concept of authenticity as an artist and the value of radio rotation and Spotify playlisting as an artist.     In only a few short years, Dylan Nash has become an in-demand songwriter and producer in Australia and abroad. Dabbling across multiple genres, he has a reputation for helping hone in on an artist's unique sound, becoming an integral part of their team in the process. After signing with TaP Management in 2019, Dylan began to expand internationally, co-writing in both London and LA. At home, he was recognised with an "Album of the Year" ARIA win with Dean Lewis’ “A Place We Knew” (of which he produced 8 tracks), including the AUS 6x and the US 2x platinum single “Be Alright”.
