According to the American Urological Association, erectile dysfunction affects more than 30 million men in the United States and is especially common in men who have had prostate surgery, and/or are dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity. Often, men who have an issue with their sexual abilities may be reluctant to speak with their physician, feeling quite embarrassed even discussing it.
