    About this Episode

    Fernando Bermudez is an inspirational exoneree and criminal justice educator and activist.  His nightmare began in 1991 when he was arrested for a murder he did not commit. He suffered a wrongful conviction and 18 years of incarceration as a result. In 2009 he was found actually innocent and began the fight for his rightful compensation.
