Welcome back to the Feng Shui Flow Podcast. Today I have a very special guest with me, my good friend, Debbie Townsend. Debbie is a Chiropractor, Author and Lifestyle Consultant and supports women through menopause. Now, you probably think, what on earth has that got to do with Feng Shui?

Well, you know that I like to invite people on who are just going to help us on this journey. We are all on a journey, whether that's in our homes with our partners, in our careers, whatever it is. I started my perimenopause journey quite early and I think it's really important to talk about it. So I've asked Debbie to come on! We're going to talk about everything from toxins in our home, toxins in our body, and how to live a bit of a less stressful life. I hope you enjoy!

Today's episode is all about reducing arguments. So this is a topic that I get asked about a lot. When I can help to reduce arguments in the home, it brings me so much joy. I have so many people write to me to say 'how did you know this was going on in the home?'  Sometimes I get emails just to say I've never felt so calm and peaceful and it feels beautiful. And those are the messages that just make my heart sing with happiness because having a home that is completely calm, where you feel happy is just the best feeling in the world. Hello and welcome back to the Feng Shui Flow podcast. 2024 is here and I just want to say I hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year. Today I want to talk to you about what I think is one of the most beautiful things in Feng Shui, we don't set New Year's Day resolutions. What we do in Feng Shui instead is that we actually wait until the 5th of February, which is the Feng Shui New Year, the Chinese New Year.

We start getting ready, we start planning for what we would like to bring into our lives in 2024 from February 2024 to February 2025! I hope that you feel so much better for entering 2024. I'd love to hear from you if this did resonate with you!
