Bill is a man of deep Christian faith dedicated to living out his faith to the fullest every day. He views the Bible as the final authority on all things. Bill believes that God has called him to be a missionary in the public square.
He currently serves MFI by directing MFI legislative efforts in the State House in Boston. He also provides campaign trainings, Advocate Leadership Trainings for local grassroots initiatives, and MFI’s School Committee Academy.
He has over 25 years’ experience driving public policy in local, state, and federal government while working as the Chief Economist for the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, Finance and Policy Director for the Coalition for Marriage and Family, and the Executive Director for Renew Massachusetts Coalition as well as serving for 15 years on his local school committee.
In his position with Renew Massachusetts Coalition, he has lead grassroots education and mobilization efforts to engage elected officials to act and vote consistently with policy objectives and to remove them from office if they don’t. To that end Bill has recruited, worked for, and consulted with many candidates running for state representative, state senate, and school committees.
Bill is a professional parliamentarian and has a PhD in agricultural economics. He has been married to his wife, Sue, for 35 years, and he and Sue have raised 6 children.

40 Days for Life- Boston Campaign Manager Rita Russo on this episode of For Dear Life.
Rita Russo is the current campaign manager for 40 Days for Life in Boston. she is a wife, a mother, and a grandmother.
Rita grew up in Worcester, MA and received a Diploma in Nursing from St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Nursing from Worcester State College, a Certificate in Nurse-Midwifery from State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, and a Master of Science Degree in Parent-Child Health from Boston University.
Rita worked for many years as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery at various institutions and for 3 years as an OB-Gyn Clinical Nurse Specialist for Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. She retired from hospital nursing in 2002 and began working for the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation, which has a hospital in rural Haiti.
Rita began leading the 40 Days for Life Campaign in 2013.

Silent No More Awareness is a Campaign whereby Christians make the public aware of the devastation abortion brings to women and men. The campaign seeks to expose and heal the secrecy and silence surrounding the emotional and physical pain of abortion.
The Campaign began November 11th, 2002. As of February 2023, the Silent No More Awareness Campaign has held 2,305 Gatherings in 17 countries & all 50 states with 6,986 women and men sharing their abortion testimonies. Testimonies have also been shared at 174 high schools and universities in the last 12 years.
There are 3,092 testimonies posted on the Campaign website with 653 that are shared via video! Currently there are 20,786 people registered with the Campaign representing 77 countries.
