Foundations of Meditation: Become The Observer
People tend to think that meditation is about controlling or changing what they are thinking... and it's actually quite the opposite.
In this new series, I'll be using meditations to share some of the foundational elements of this practice. Every Monday for the next 4 weeks, the meditation I share will be focused on introducing another foundational part of the meditation practice.
Today, focus on your ability to simply be and observe. Witness your mind with a neutral approach and become the observer of your thoughts and feelings.
