These questions can help you find the silver lining and enable you to grow from the experience. The Olympics is an excellent example of people unlocking their potential and achieving greatness by focusing on the right questions. Remember, we all have the same potential within us, and it's up to us to tap into it by asking the right questions and putting in the necessary work.

The choice is yours: live a mediocre life or master your life by learning to ask the right questions and turn adversity into advantage.

When I felt blah recently, HALT helped me realize I was hungry and tired, making me feel better instantly.
