    About this Episode

This week I talked about the whole process of getting your sh*t together. From finding hobbies and cutting off people and things that make you miserable to an analogy that changed my perspective on life. It's the longest episode I've recorded in a while, and I genuinely enjoyed this topic. There were lots of sidetracks but it somehow, hopefully, all made sense. Thank you for listening to this week's episode. Hope you have an amazing week.

    rejection is redirection

    rejection is redirection
hiii I finally decided where I'll be going to college next year and a huge thing for me through this process was treating rejection as redirection. I talked about my experience and how I finally picked a school. Remember to trust the process and not force anything, it will all work out.

one day you're gonna look back and wonder why you ever worried.

    boundaries and self respect

    boundaries and self respect
setting boundaries is an act of love toward yourself. your levels of self-esteem are closely related to the boundaries you set and the respect you project onto others. I also talked about some stuff I do out of respect for myself. love you hope you have an amazing day!

    sh*t talks pt. 4
A sh*t talks was much needed, and so was a guest. Ashley and I talked about the talking stage, people who think they can leave others on delivered, toxic manipulative friendships and love language and even took a test to figure ours out. This episode is like talking to your best friends and catching up on stuff. We hope you enjoyed this episode, Ashley will be back very soon!!!

things that are working for me

things that are working for me
after the last episode, I become more aware of things I've been incorporating and turning into habits. after a quick off-track conversation, I talked about sunbathing, being picky about who I surround myself with, how I've created a space within myself for my creativity and fears to coexist and others things that have been working for me recently.

become more aware of what is really worth your energy.
