    Attitude of Gratitude

What better way to celebrate gratitude than to highlight Called to Shine, Bon Secours Mercy Health's recognition program. We’ve seen some really impactful outcomes from the program even in its very young years. From the social recognitions peers send to each other, to the performance recognitions leaders send to associates, all the way to our Core Culture and Leadership award winners, we’re seeing hundreds of thousands of meaningful, encouraging words shared across the whole ministry. In fact, since program inception (June 2021), we’ve seen almost 1.5 million recognitions sent!

Listen in this month to hear sound bites from Nicole Martel, VP of Benefits, Well-being, and Associate Health and Susan Hawk, System Director of Behavioral Health as they discuss the impact that gratitude and giving recognitions can have on the sender as well as the way we've seen Called to Shine connect associates and create a sense of belonging.
