    About this Episode

Welp, this is a big one! As empaths, we overgive to our friends, family, acquaintances, probably casual partners and of course, workplaces. Not only do we end up feeling underappreciated, but we pick up unhealthy habits and abandon ourselves (again!).

In this episode, Arielle reflects on past toxic workplaces, her struggle to stay balanced, and her new approach to pursuing her biggest dreams.

CHALLENGE! Try to cut your multitasking down from 3-5 things to 1-2 things while you listen. We want you to take a beat :)

what is love bombing and how to deal with it

Happy freaking Valentine's Day, lovers!!! Arielle hopes you're spending it feeling the best you can - whether that's with a romantic date, with your friends, or just learning to love yourself <3

Arielle has recently reflected on her previous Valentines and in this episode she breaks down their common "lovebombing" tendencies.

She discusses why most of us empaths fall for lovebombing narcissistis and how to spot the signs that you're being love-bombed!

Hey, infatuation isn't a crime, okay? But also, you deserve genuine love, too.

how to embody healthy masculine energy

how to embody healthy masculine energy

Welcome back, lovely empaths! In the last episode, Arielle discussed all things feminine energy and receiving. In this episode, she tackles the other end of the spectrum - le masculine energy!

"Toxic Masculinity" is such a buzzword these days. The feminine collective has been uprising and reclaiming their power. And in response, masculine energy is starting to scale back their aggression and toxic ways. However, the masculine isn't all bad -- after all, the masculine bring us structure, safety, protection, and healthy competition.

So how can we embody, express and embrace our masculine energy in our lives? What dynamic is the healthiest between masculine and feminine energy in relationships? And how can we exert a healthy balance of masculine and feminine at the workplace?

All of this and more will be touched upon in this fine episode.

Just remember y'all: Not all masculine energy...

Unlocking the Power of Your Feminine Energy: Embrace Receiving

Unlocking the Power of Your Feminine Energy: Embrace Receiving

In the last episode, Arielle talked about how to embrace and be in your feminine energy. This time around, she's tackling another aspect of femininity -- RECEIVING.

Here's something that'll blow your mind: In order to manifest something you want, you need to be OPEN to RECEIVE IT.

Also, the FEMININE is all about being receptive, connected, and RECEIVING.

Arielle goes through all the different ways you can receive what you want faster so you can live your ideal life.

why feminine energy is important and how to embrace it

why feminine energy is important and how to embrace it

Arielle is BACK and ready to RECEIVE. Why is that? Because she's honing her feminine energy. For years, Arielle ignored her feminine energy, out of fear of being taken advantage of. She put up a masculine shield and turned hypermasculine. And for years, she was a perfectionist. She was never happy.

And now? She's learning to free flow, to BE, to let go, surrender, and receive all things without overdoing it. She's learning that her feminine energy is the true leader and guide that lights the masculine energy's way

In this episode, Arielle dives into what makes the feminine powerful and how to honor it. In the next episode, Arielle will teach you how to receive.

why its not too late to be who you want to be in your 30s

why its not too late to be who you want to be in your 30s

Arielle is 33 years old and FINALLY embarking on her dream life. When she was younger, she cared way too much what people thought of her. Even in her 20s, she thought her 30s were too old.

But now? She's realizing its never too late to reinvent yourself in your 30s. Its never too late to become who you want to be. You get to thrive at whatever age!

In this episodes, she dispels common myths and limiting beliefs about turning 30 and how to actually become the person you want to be in your 30s.  It's not too late to be who you want to be in your 30s!

law of attraction techniques for empaths to manifest their dream life

law of attraction techniques for empaths to manifest their dream life

Arielle is actually quite the spiritual bitch. She recently has found success using all things Law of Attraction, manifestation, and the spiritual like!

    What? Too "woo-woo" for you-you? Boo-hoo.

Haha, just kidding. Arielle knows that not everyone believe in this stuff. BUT-- do you belief that mindset is everything? That there is such thing as energy, and we as humans are intertwined in some way to the way energy flows and how the Universe works? Still no? That's cool. But...are you curious? :P

In this episode, she breaks down different techniques that help you reprogram your mindset, get rid of limiting beliefs, and start creating the life you truly want!

    Everything is energy, baby baby.

how to overcome toxic shame and feeling unworthy

how to overcome toxic shame and feeling unworthy

Arielle has mostly done everything in her life to avoid being laughed at or put down. She ultimately has been motivated by avoiding shame, and instead put on a mask of perfectionism to hide any "negative" emotions. Welp, that backfired and became really unhealthy.

In this episode, Arielle breaks down how she learned to be motivated by shame (hint: its her Asian family trauma), and how rewriting limiting beliefs about her worthiness has ultimately helped her overcome it.

Shame is an elementary emotion. It's for children. We're supposed to learn how to move past it and use worthiness as motivation instead. Listen to this episode and learn how.

    how to stop self sabotaging

    how to stop self sabotaging

Arielle hates being called an overthinker.
    Arielle hates losing.
Arielle feels so compelled to prove herself that she loses her faith in herself
and instead falls into a spiral of constantly not getting what she wants...because of SELF-SABOTAGE.

In this episode, Arielle talks about ways she has sabotaged her health, her career aspirations, her relationships, and more, just because she doubted her value. She goes over how to heal in order to stop the self sabo.

Don't worry friends, your shame cycle will end. Arielle will tell you how.

how to stop self abandonment and nurture yourself

how to stop self abandonment and nurture yourself

Has anybody else reached a point where survival mode has become the norm? Where your health and happiness are the lowest, maybe even nonexistent priorities?

Welp, Arielle has been there! And she is digging herself out. These things, folks, are what one may call "self-abandonment" habits. Sometimes we forget to listen to our voices and instead we fill our self of fulfillment with surface level things. Sometimes we we run away to a fantasy world (*cough Arielle'se main self-abandonment habit cough*) and basically leave reality.

But eventually, if we want to do more than just survive, we have to not only come back to ourselves, but fully COMMITT to ourselves.

It'll feel uncomfortable, sure. But that so-called "comfort zone" that you built with your self-abandonment habits? That ain't it.

So take a listen and spend some time doing something for your highest good.

    the empath and narcissist relationship

    the empath and narcissist relationship

There are many iconic pairs in the world: Peanut Butter and Jelly, Batman and Robin, and THE EMPATH and the NARCISSIST.  Arielle explores this toxic relationship while dropping some wisdom about how she has dealt with multiple narcs in her life, and came out of it no longer a victim.
    --
Arielle is finally doing it -- she is calling a spade a spade and admitting that all those annoying ass people she usually complains about are actually NARCISSISTS.

YUP. Probably a term used to exhaustion - while its personage is CERTAINLY embodied to an empath's utter and devastating EXHAUSTION - narcissists are an empath's worst frenemy/lover/probably parent. They attract empaths like bees to honey.

But, don't you worry! You're not stuck with these BITCHASS FACE MOTHERFUCKERS forever.

You get to heal. You get to CUT THEM THE FUCK LOOSE. Take a listen. Go heal <3
