    About this Episode

We missed this '80s horror classic, and all of its many sequels, so it was nice to start with the first film in this long franchise. IMDB's highest rated for The Howling is the first one and it was uhhhh...a movie. It was sure a movie! I need a good movie someone help me.

Netflix wrapped up their teen rom com franchise with a tear-laden drama fest in The Kissing Booth 3. With lots of parties, break ups, and rich people problems, it was about as terrible as you'd expect for a third movie in a comedy series. Even still, we kind of liked it more than the first one? Either we're broken or the first Kissing Booth truly is that terrible.

Since Netflix decided The Kissing Booth needed to be a franchise, here we are! Yeah, we're as shocked as you are. Neither of us had seen any of these teen rom coms and didn't really know what to expect. I should have. I really should have. You gotta expect the arrogant alpha male right? Eugh.

Since there was a tie for IMDB's lowest rated DCOM, we decided to just watch both! This time we watched one of the THREE remakes of Freaky Friday. Did you know they made this? Did you know they made it a musical? We didn't either! While I get it's been pushed aside but jeez, y'all the rating was a little harsh. This isn't Home Alone 4!!!

Look. Maybe it was the alcohol. Or maybe, JUST MAYBE, the Kim Possible movie is a gem of a film that people went after a little too hard. I'm gonna go with that one (although I also haven't seen it sober so who knows!) Either way, this lowest rated Disney Channel Original Movie made us laugh and was actually kind of cute.

To try something a little different, I went though every single Disney Channel Original Movie to see which one was the highest on IMDB. Shockingly, we ended up watching a 2002 Shia LaBeouf film Tru Confessions. While I was avidly watching DCOM's at this time, this one didn't stand out as a favorite...until we got to watch it again! So join us for this extremely emotional family drama that may or may not have made John cry several times (IT DID)

In our lowest rated film to date, we had to (got to?) sit through The Howling VII: New Moon Rising. Or Mystery Woman. We're not too sure on the title. A gem of a film with footage from 3 other Howling Films and one truly terrible werewolf transformation I'll never truly get over. And fart jokes! Gee whizz, this movie has everything.

    Lowest Rated: Highlander

IMDB's lowest rated Highlander film, Highlander: The Source, really makes you think about the important things in life. Where are the planets? Who is Joe? Who can win in a fight: The Guardian or Pyramid Head? All things to consider while listening to us recap this little gem of a bad movie. My favorite! Also sorry it's late we got busy.

Full diclosure, going in, I knew "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE" and that's about it when it comes to Highlander. IMDB's highest-rated film in this franchise, the first one obviously, is a confusing mess of bad fight scenes and accents that I just...can't place. Is Tommy Wiseau in this movie? I think this might just be Tommy Wiseau.

    Lowest Rated: Bloodrayne

This lowest rated Bloodrayne movie is only a few notches below the highest rated, and for good reason. They were basically the same film! Just subtract one over-acting Doctor and add one over-acting Preacher, and you've got Bloodrayne: Deliverance.
