History of the Cosmos with Dr. Rich Blundell: How the Innate Intelligence of the Universe is Alive in YOU! Part 3 - Earthea

    en-usJuly 18, 2023

    About this Episode

How did we get here? And where do we go from here? In this five-part series, Ecologist and founder of Oika, Dr. Rich Blundell takes us on a journey of the cosmos.  But this is way more than a history lesson about the universe.  This is about you, and me and everyone and everything around us, how it all came to be, and how we all are connected.

Nature has intelligence; A magnificent, sublime, complex intelligence that science is just now beginning to understand.  What would it be like if we felt that intelligence inside of us?  In this series, you will discover how to tap into, and feel that innate intelligence that is already inside of you right now.  Once humankind begins to understand this, to know this, to feel this, we will be living in a very different, much more beautiful world.  So join us on this journey.  It just might change your life.

In this week's Part 3 Episode, Earthea, we pick up where we left off last week in Part 2, 4 and ½ billion years ago when our planet earth was created.  Earth was a harsh place back then, frozen for millions of years, but eventually, oceans and clouds started to form, and new patterns start to emerge.

Dr. Blundell breaks down the importance of Fractals: The mathematical discovery that highlights or perhaps even proves that we are all connected.

We chat about the 3 core concepts of OIKA and how they are connected, and what all this has to do with humanity right now, what we can learn from the cosmos, and how we really should be examining how we interact with nature.

Donald Trump: The Most Dangerous Man in the History of the United States and What We Can Do About It.

Donald Trump: The Most Dangerous Man in the History of the United States and What We Can Do About It.

How can we create a better world for ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren,  if we make poor choices in the person who is to lead us?

Donald J. Trump is the biggest threat to democracy in the history of the United States.  He is now leading Joe Biden in the polls and if he ends up being re-elected, the United States may never be the same again.

In this episode, Steve breaks down the reasons why, with the "Big Lie," 4 criminal indictments and 91 charges, authoritarian wanna be Dictator Donald Trump is not a politician, but a dangerous cult leader causing great harm to America, most likely irreparable harm if he succeeds at becoming president again.

But the solution to this problem is NOT to try and talk to or convince Trump worshipers that he is a dangerous man. That is a plan to fail, and it's far too late for that.  But there are other steps that we can take to ensure that our sacred democracy remains in tact.  But is it too late?

    Israel-Hamas War: I've Picked a Side - It's Not What You Think

    Israel-Hamas War: I've Picked a Side - It's Not What You Think

In a world that often seems divided by lines drawn in blood and conflict, I find myself at a crossroads. The Israel-Gaza conflict, a longstanding and painful struggle, has once again erupted into headlines and social media feeds. As the world debates and takes sides, I have taken a side.  I have made my choice, but it's not a choice between Israelis and Palestinians. It's an altogether different choice.

The Israel-Gaza conflict is a deeply complex and emotional issue that has defied resolution for generations. Innumerable lives have been lost, homes destroyed, and families torn apart. The cycle of violence, while it may ebb and flow, persists. It's easy to be swayed by the prevailing narratives and to feel the pressure to pick a side, to become a cog in this destructive cycle.

But I've finally come to the realization that I do need to pick a side.  And I choose Love.
