I get a lot of messages from people asking about telehealth and platforms like Betterhelp, Talkspace, etc. I want to address how telehealth has evolved over the past couple years, as well as the limitations & benefits of virtual platforms. I have experience working with one of the platforms and this information is based on that experience and my personal & professional opinion, so please make the decision that's best for you and your needs.

    People who struggle with Anxiety know they struggle. We often mean well, and tend to tell loved ones things like "calm down" or "just don't worry about it." I want to help you understand why it's important for someone with Anxiety to feel HEARD and to also take the pressure off of you from feeling like you have to "fix" the situation or make it better. I have some suggestions for you to work on listening to hear the person and not just listening to figure out the best response.
