How a 'progressive mindset' helped me grow from slums of Mumbai to businesses in Dubai & Mumbai!

In 2010, after 11 years in the Oil & Gas service sector, I was looking for someone to teach me piping engineering, and many of my well-known senior professionals in the sector recommended that I apply to SIT, Mumbai.

I learned my piping engineering & received my certification in March 2010 and found him to be very humble, down to earth, and an inspiration to me when it comes to technical knowledge in the engineering field. Mr. Vasant Mestry, my piping engineering teacher and guru in my professional journey, is my guest on this podcast.

Is it possible for a ship's captain to focus on something other than navigating the ship?

Let's take a closer look at what goal setting is, because this term is so often used that many of you may not know what it really means.

Are you wisely investing your time or taking it for granted along your journey? Do you assess your strengths and needs, then plan and organise your journey accordingly! This life is indeed beautiful; just don't waste it by being clueless and forgetting to rejoice in your achievements.

When you start to value your time, time will value you, resulting in your success!
