Michele and I decided we wanted to do a random set of episodes called How Often Do You! Join us for a friendly debate and see how gross people are...just kidding. Everyone has their thing, and we thought it would be fun to dig into that and find out interesting, maybe gross facts and stats about things we should be doing a lot more then most of us do......

We also sample a beverage because that's what we do....and we do it often :)

Now, as a mental fitness and life coach, she helps others change the unhelpful stories in their minds so they can perform better, feel happier and improve their relationships.

A first generation Canadian who grew up in a Portuguese immigrant household, she was born and raised in Osoyoos, British Columbia. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with Distinction) in French and Spanish from the University of Victoria, and continues to call Victoria home. Her debut novel, Provenance Unknown, will be published in Spring 2023 by Sands Press.
