How to access the POWER of your sensitivity

When prosperity connected as my word of the year I felt relief.

Cool a year of receiving and a year of making bank.  That feels really easeful and in the flow.  I am excited to have a year like that, thank you universe!

Eleven weeks into 2024 and my connection and understanding of prosperity is totally different.

When I planned this episode at the beginning of the year it is NOTHING like what turns up here today in this recording.

I considered not actually posting this as I not only share some very personal and potentially activating content for others, most of is happens in the moment.  

This is a raw epsidoe that does include explicit language.

No doubt there will need to be a part two!

I have never forgotten this and it feels like it was advice she was giving directly to me.

PINK was referring to her decision to include acrobatics in her performance which included her singing upside down as she flew across the stadium.

If you have ever seen her do it you would have thought she was born like that.

As she explains it scared the crap out of her and that's why she knew she had to do it.

The energy of being scared is different to the energy of fear.

One is an invitation and one is a memory.

In today's episode I share how this week I was scared and how my body responded.  It is a hold your hair back kinda situation...

What was making me scared?  What makes you scared?

What if the impact you knew you were here to make in the world never eventuated? Would that scare you?

It scared the bejesus out of me.

Today's episode is with someone who I adore.

It seems fitting to me that we kick this season off with someone who I spent a significant amout of time with in 2023.

It is with a deeply warm welcome that I introduce you to Kate Smorty.

Kate and my dad live in the same aged care village and at 95, Kate has been the media darling and poster "child" for our campaign to remove their aged care provider.

This episode was recorded before we knew who would be taking over as the new provider so we don't go into too many details.

What we do talk about is Kate's life.  

What has fascinated me about Kate and the other women that I have had the pleasure of spending time with is, how much their lived perhaps still parallel ours.

Which begs the question, how far have we really come?

What is the real commitment to change do we have when it comes to women's rights

AND

The power in the commitment to self.

Kate shares a story of her life when she decided to take back her power and commit to her own happiness.

When you hear what an incredible human she is you will realise how we removed that pesky provider.

Yes, I am excited to be here in this new year.

2023 felt like an intitation and I am damn proud that I passed.

A year where many were 'tested/initiated" across the spectrum of their lives.  Why?  I believe so that we can see clearly what we stand for.

When we have that deep contrasting energy show up in our life we are given moments of decision.

What are you going to do?  Continue to tolerate your own outdated conditioning OR follow your knowing and commit to your consciousness....

In this opening episode I explore why this moment is here for all of us and why if you are being pulled by your knowing then it is your responsibility to play that card!

I am declaring 2024 is the year of commitment to consciousness.

When you think about being an effective leader  what comes to mind?

For me it is someone who is actively being a leader in their own life.  Taking responsibility, having fun, being grounded, educating themselves on their impact to name a few.

YOU are someone who really wants to live their life well and create environments where other people can thrive too.

So when you think about being an effective leader, I know that you are someone who is looking at their beliefs and making sure that you are shaping your reality with them and curious about your patterns.  You are curious by nature lets be honest

All of these are great, really great.

What about your VALUES?

When was the last time you reviewed your values?

Values are those things I love to check in on because they are the ones that are like the shape of the containers you build for yourself.  

Values create that sharpness on your decision making and how you generate the energy to stay focused and devoted. 

There are some usual suspects when people talk about values and I am calling it out.  It is time for an upgrade.  There is one values shift that I know will skyrocket your effectiveness as leader.  It will feel like an energy booster has been out in your green juice and your clarity will guide you into bliss.

Yes it is powerful.

Hello and welcome to 2023!

In this episode I am going to share with you three main focuses of the year 2023.  It feels like the ANTHEM to me. A place that reminds us of the purpose of the year and will help shine a light when you need it.  My intention in this episode is to provide you support in how to create that focus for yourself this year.

If 22 was the year of grief and pain and WTF then 23 is the hand that reaches down and pulls you back up.

This year feels like the call up from the call up.

The year that you feel the pangs of old patterns and cycles and the excitement and trepidation of the new.

Exciting stuff.

It also means that there is no more playing.  And there is more playing like lots more playing. There is no more messing around, hedging our bets and hoping that someone else will figure this all out for us.

Yes this year as an ANTHEM that your mind, body and soul are going to ADORE.
