    We're not gonna be talking about one specific recipe this week, but actually about a couple of them:

    • Ribeye Steak Bites With Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
    • Homemade Cowboy Steak Fingers

    And a few other things, as we always do, but from a bit different angle.

    Both of these recipes are so easy to make that you won’t believe it. But although they tasted out-of-this-world, there are a couple of things I’d do differently next time. 

    I'm not sure if 'mistakes' is too strong a word for what I did, but a few tweaks could make the result absolutely perfect! (Don’t worry, they’re still going to put your favorite steakhouse to shame.)
