WTF is a mastermind and do you need one?

WTF is a mastermind and do you need one?

Ah, the mastermind. A group that promises you better business, health or happiness. They’re a safe space to share struggles and knowledge to grow either professionally, personally, or both. Here’s my two-cents on joining or starting a peer accountability group of your own.

Mastermind meeting format I’ve used previously:
Accountability Format for 4 People - Each person has 30 minutes to share.

    - 1st 5 minutes: Update to goal from last month that was shared
    - Next 5 minutes: New goal for next month to achieve by the next meeting
    - Final 20 minutes: Workshopping idea/questions/getting feedback from the group
