In this episode, I speak about the reason women are feeling burned out and having problems with their physical and mental health.

Perfectionism is rife and with apps like IG, Tic Toc and Facebook providing filters as the norm people are feeling more and more pressure to be perfect. Perfectionism is trying to control every aspect of your life, if it isn't affecting you amazing but most people I see in my practice are struggling and feel burned out on a regular basis.

Wearing busy like a badge of honor and feeling guilty for taking time out. 

Why this happening is stems from a wound called the mother wound this constant feeling of not being good enough.This strange paradox of wanting it all in terms of being seen but also being afraid to shine our light too bright in fear of pissing people off.
