Eric and Peter sit down and talk about both of their experiences with the Age Group Quarterfinals. Along with Eric and Peter, Jacob and Tuttle also completed the workouts in their respective age groups. While they were in different age groups they were able to complete the workouts together and it was a super fun environment to watch these guys compete.

Eric sits down with our March Reformer of the Month, John Bailey! Bailey is high energy and high fun in every class he's in with his infectious laughter. From being a police lieutenant to starting and running Anaheim PD's fundraiser fitness competition "Guns n' Hoses" to being a long time member here and contributing to our community, Bailey is one of our favorite people to have around.

Okay so Peter isn't dead. But he is moving. Peter has been a integral part of our community and we are sad to see him go. I'm sure everyone has a great Peter story wether it is appropriate or not.
We will be getting together after the 4:00 p.m. class on Tuesday the 29th to send him off in style. If you can make it show up and hang out!
Eric, Peter, and Corey talk about the 2022 CrossFit Open now that we have completed all 3 weeks. We all agree that CrossFit has come a long way in the organization and programming for the Open and were impressed with how 2022 went. There were some critiques but CrossFit has really dialed in their stages of competition with the Quarterfinals coming up soon.
Eric sits down with one of our newest coaches joining the team, Ashley! She has been putting in a ton of work sharpening her skills at a coach and is a great addition to the team. She brings passion and energy to her coaching and we love having her here.

Eric and Corey sit down with the General Manager of Santa Margarita Ford, James Graham. James is a member of the gym but he is also a member of the RSM community. We talk about how Ford is engrained in the community and what it takes to run a car dealership. We also talk about how physical fitness is a passion for James and why it is so important to him.
